Every build gets a fixed quote after a short discovery call. That covers design, development, content setup and launch - you know the full build cost before work starts. Most small-business brochure sites are a single clear price. Moving an existing site or building a shop? I quote those individually.
Yes. You own the content and the code lives in a repository you can access. If you ever leave, I can hand over the project - you are not locked into a proprietary platform.
Small overages are usually absorbed. Larger changes - new pages, a redesign or a major shop refresh - are quoted separately at a fixed rate before I start.
Yes - annual prepay is available on request. Domain registration (~£10-15/year) is billed separately and always registered in your name.
Care plans are monthly with no long tie-in. Give me a month's notice and I will help you transition DNS if you are moving elsewhere.
